Chameleon Glitter Limited can only accept returns under the following conditions :

•Damaged goods (either during or before delivery)
• Incorrect goods (you were shipped the wrong items)
• Incorrectly described goods (goods clearly do not match the product description)

In all cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods if you wish to return goods. Due to the nature of the products we supply we are unable to offer the
right to cancel an order after receipt of goods, simply because the customer changes their mind.

In the case of returns, it is up to the customer to return the goods to Chameleon Glitter at their own cost in no lesser condition than they were received by the customer. If the
return meets the criteria stated above, the customer will be credited with the full value of their original order including delivery charges (or a proportion of the delivery
charges if only part of an order is returned). The customer may choose to be shipped a replacement product or to have a refund.
